Mr. reo suzuki
Senior general MANAGER: administration

Mr. Suzuki graduated from the Keio University in Tokyo, Japan with a Bachelor Degree in Economics.

He commenced his professional journey in April 2013 at Nippon Denko Co. Ltd. in Japan, where he served as a Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material). He was responsible for supporting the Warehousing Department, with a primary emphasis on managing contractors and organizing the planning and receipt of raw materials.

In September 2016, he became part of Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, initially taking on the role of Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material) before being promoted to Warehouse Supervisor (Final Goods). Subsequently, he achieved successive promotions, culminating in his appointment as Warehouse and Laboratory Manager in April 2018, followed by a further advancement to Assistant Deputy General Manager, Production and Maintenance. He is an experienced executive with a wealth of international expertise in production management and financial oversight. His competencies include capital expenditure planning, workflow optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

In March 2023, he joined Asia Minerals South Africa (Pty) Ltd. as the Vice President, where he is currently leading a team that provides consultancy services to Kudumane Manganese Resources (Pty) Ltd (“KMR”).

MS. AMELIA JANSEN
FINANCIAL MANAGER

Amelia Jansen joined the KMR team in 2015 and is heading up Finance. She attained her B.Com. Accounting degree with Cum Laude from the University of Johannesburg and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prior to joining KMR, she held various senior finance roles at the likes of Rand Merchant Bank, Barloworld and Ernst & Young. She brings a wealth of cross-sectional experience from industries such as corporate finance, logistics and insurance.

MR. JAISON RAJAN
senior general manager: operations

Jaison joined KMR in 2025 and heads up Mining Operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering (M.Eng) in Mining, obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (MMC) in Metalliferous mining. He also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration degree through the University of Cape Town.  

 A seasoned Mining Executive with more than 24 years of industry experience within large multinational conglomerates, including BHP Billiton/South32, De Beers, Rio Tinto and Petra Diamonds with over nine years of general management exposure across different commodities, i.e. coal, manganese, diamonds and heavy minerals.  

Jaison was a recipient of the Gold Medal Award from the Association of Mine Managers South Africa for the paper titled, “Leveraging of Safety Lessons Learnt Wessels Mine 2015”.

MR. FERNANDO VOGES
LOGISTICS, SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Fernando Voges joined the KMR team in 2014 and is heading up Sales, Marketing and Logistics. Prior to joining KMR he held various roles specializing in supply chain management, fleet control management, warehousing and distribution as well as the importing and exporting of various goods and commodities.

Merencia van den Heever
Deputy General Manager: Human Resources

Merencia van den Heever joined KMR team in 2023 and heads up Human Resources. She has multi sector experience having worked as an HR Advisor in renewables, mining, and consulting.

Prior to joining KMR she held senior roles in Umbono Natural Resources and African Rainbow Minerals. She holds an Honours BA Degree from at the University of Stellenbosch.
