MR. THEMBELANI GANTSHO
CEO

Thembelani Gantsho is the Chief Executive Officer of Kudumane Manganese Resources. Prior to Kudumane, he was the VP of Mining and Metals at Absa Capital, and he was responsible for several mining and metals clients across various commodities. Thembelani has managed, structured, and executed numerous corporate finance transactions within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa as part of the various executive and senior roles he has held at Absa Capital, Xstrata (now Glencore) and Ernst & Young. He holds a Business Science Honours Degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and PGDip from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

Tshidiso Mokgatla
General Manager: Mining Operations

Tshidiso Mokgatla joined the KMR team in 2023 and is heading up the mining operations. He is a Professional Mining Engineer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various methods of mining from the likes of De Beers Group, Impala Platinum, Pan African Resources and Anglo American – Kumba Iron Ore.

Tshidiso is an MBA graduate and holds a BSc degree in Mining Engineering, both from Wits University. He also holds various mining certifications as well as having attended several executive development courses and led / participated in international mining tours and community of practice forums.

MS. NOMADLOZI MASHININI
HEAD: LEGAL, COMPLIANCE AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Nomadlozi Mashinini joined the KMR team in 2018 and heads up the Legal and Compliance functions as well as being the Company Secretary. She is an admitted attorney and has legal experience across various sectors having worked as a legal advisor in practice, financial, construction and petrochemical industries.

Prior to joining KMR she held various senior roles in listed companies such as Sasol Limited with Company Secretarial experience across various jurisdictions and various businesses. She holds BA and LLB Degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, a PDBA from the Gordon Institute of Busines Science and a Masters of Busines Administration Degree from the University of Warwick in the UK.

MS. AMELIA JANSEN
FINANCIAL MANAGER

Amelia Jansen joined the KMR team in 2015 and is heading up Finance. She attained her B.Com. Accounting degree with Cum Laude from the University of Johannesburg and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prior to joining KMR, she held various senior finance roles at the likes of Rand Merchant Bank, Barloworld and Ernst & Young. She brings a wealth of cross-sectional experience from industries such as corporate finance, logistics and insurance.

MR. FERNANDO VOGES
LOGISTICS, SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Fernando Voges joined the KMR team in 2014 and is heading up Sales, Marketing and Logistics. Prior to joining KMR he held various roles specializing in supply chain management, fleet control management, warehousing and distribution as well as the importing and exporting of various goods and commodities.

Merencia van den Heever
Deputy General Manager: Human Resources

Merencia van den Heever joined KMR team in 2023 and heads up Human Resources. She has multi sector experience having worked as an HR Advisor in renewables, mining, and consulting.

Prior to joining KMR she held senior roles in Umbono Natural Resources and African Rainbow Minerals. She holds an Honours BA Degree from at the University of Stellenbosch.
