Access to Water:
KMR assisted the local clinics by fixing their water pumps, provision of water tanks and water connections to enable access to water. Six clinics in the Joe Morolong Local Municipality benefitted from this initiative: Bendel, Churchill, Gadiboe, Laxey, Logobate and Loopeng Clinics.
PPE And Hospital Linen:
More than R1 million was spent towards the procurement of PPE and Hospital Linen with the aim of ensuring that the Department was strengthened and capacitated to respond appropriately to the challenges presented by the COVID 19 crisis.
